Terms & Conditions For all conditions of sale please read our terms and conditions of sale prior to purchasing goods from our site. 1. All prices are in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order, we will e-mail you with the price before order is completed. 2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. 3. Deliveries: if an order is received by noon, we aim to dispatch that order on same day (subject to availability). Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched.Orders received after noon will be dispatched next day (subject to availability). However, if the item is not in stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery in the UK. We will do our best to get them sent out as quickly as possible. If there is a delay we will let you know by e-mail or phone. If the item is out of stock and you wish us to place the item on a back order (to be paid first ) we will deliver the item to you free of charge if the value is 10.00 sterling or over. 4. All postage charged at first class rate, and a special delivery rate. All parcels are sent at customers own risk, if however you would like to pay for insurance then there is a £3.00 additional charge. 5. Payment can be made by major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. 6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods, please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 7.
